We didn’t feel pressured at all they allowed us enough time to have a proper look around and fully inspect the vehicle we were interested in. Tomlinsons Cars gave us exceptional customer service when purchasing our Ford EcoSport. Tom the owner was warm and welcoming when we visited his premises. We felt instantly at ease with him and formed an immediate sense of trust in Tom as a person and in the the quality standard of cars he was selling. Nothing was too much trouble and you could tell he was not just wanting to make a "fast buck" but looking to form long term relationships where customers wished to return for future purchases. I bought a nissan juke 2 weeks ago from here. They were pleasure to do business with. I've had a few problems with other used cars in the past. This car has been superb and the extra warranty has put my mind at ease.

Today I visited Tom at his garage to look at a nissan qashqai that i have now subsequently brought. Tom is a genuine guy who really has time for his customers, I have spent the last few hours in his office due to some complications my end, i became pretty stressed but Tom helped me through even suggesting to take my previous car to we buy any car that was just around the corner to get a better deal. We took him up on tht offer and was offered much more then expected, he even picked us up from tht garage back to his. Talk about going the extra mile. 😁 I am delighted with the car.
